Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Peel and grate the apples. Mix them with sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter.
My package had 12 sheets of Fillo dough. I made 4 strudels with 3 sheets of Fillo in each. Keep the Fillo sheets that you are not working with covered with a damp towel.Divide your apples in 4 parts and generously brush the top of your first three sheets of Fillo with melted butter. Sprinkle tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top of the butter (this helps bind and soak up some of the apple juice, and then evenly spread quarter of the apples on the Fillo, stoping couple of inches from the ends. Carefully roll it up and then wet the ends of the strudel with some water, This will help you fold it without breaking it.Transfer into a well buttered baking dish that will fit all 4 strudles, I made mine in a 9x13" one. Repeat three more times then brush the tops with more melted butter.Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Let cool for at least 15 minutes then generously sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut and serve.
